No Refund Policy for Digital Products

  • Digital Products: Once a digital product (software, website, app, etc.) has been delivered, accessed, or used, no refunds will be provided. Due to the nature of digital products, it is not possible to return or undo their usage, hence all sales are final.

  • Custom Development: Since our products are developed based on specific customer requirements, we ensure that we thoroughly review and confirm all details with you before finalizing the product. Refunds are not applicable after development begins or the product is delivered.


One-Year Free Support

  • Free Support Period: All of our digital products come with one year of free support, starting from the date of purchase. This includes troubleshooting, updates, and assistance with product functionality.

  • After One Year: After the free support period, continued support is available for an annual fee of ₹2100 per year.
