At Review India - A Next Gen IT Solution, our primary focus is to meet the needs of our customers by developing tailored digital products such as software, websites, and apps. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their specific goals are achieved, following a streamlined and transparent process.
We are committed to listening to our customers' requirements and ensuring the final product meets their expectations. Whether it’s a software solution, a website, or an app, we work step-by-step to bring your vision to life.
Digital Products: Once a digital product (software, website, app, etc.) has been delivered, accessed, or used, no refunds will be provided. Due to the nature of digital products, it is not possible to return or undo their usage, hence all sales are final.
Custom Development: Since our products are developed based on specific customer requirements, we ensure that we thoroughly review and confirm all details with you before finalizing the product. Refunds are not applicable after development begins or the product is delivered.
Free Support Period: All of our digital products come with one year of free support, starting from the date of purchase. This includes troubleshooting, updates, and assistance with product functionality.
After One Year: After the free support period, continued support is available for an annual fee of ₹2100 per year.
